Hong Kong Domestic Orders

We feature secure online ordering by Paypal, Fax at +852-2372 0683. For local fax order buyers, our exchange rate between HK$ and RMB is 1:1, so you could pay the same amount of Hong Kong dollar as RMB into our HSBC Hong Kong dollar account. Depending on the location, we use Hong Kong Post and local courier as our carriers for domestic orders. Though we will begin processing your order within 24 hours from our receipt of your order, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.

International Orders

We will attempt to honor all international orders. The following restrictions and charges will apply: an international charge will be added to your order. Though we will begin processing your order within 24 hours from our receipt of your order, please allow 15 business days for delivery. The customers are responsible for the payment of any import duties.

Remittance through bank in Mainland China

You may go to the China Merchant Bank and do the remittance at the counter, or pay by personal internet banking.

Shipping Charges

Hong Kong domestic orders would enjoy free delivery. For international orders, we charge according to size and/or package weight, additional charges may apply. You could choose either Hong Kong Post airmail or international courier for your order.

Delivery Time

Though we will begin processing your order within 24 hours from our receipt of your order, please allow 2-7 days for local delivery, and 15 days for international orders.

Sales Tax/Custom Duties

International orders may be subject to duties or tariffs, demanded by the destination country's custom office. Such payment will be the responsibility of the customer. Should a package be refused it will be returned to Hong Kong, and the total invoiced amount will be still be charged to the customer.

Returns / Exchanges

Exact exchanges will be made on damaged or defective products, if the shipping box is visibly damaged upon receipt, refuse it and notify us via email immediately. Claims must be made five (5) working days from receipt.
